Who is eligible to attend Fawohodie?
Fawohodie is open to everyone. All are welcome to attend.
Is there an age requirement to attend the retreat?
There is no age requirement to attend. Please note the pricing by age group below:
Seniors (60 and up): $200
Adults (30-59): $250
Youth (18-29): $150
Junior Youth (13-17): $50
Children (12 and under): Free
How do I register for Fawohodie?
Registration can be completed using the registration form located under the Registration tab on the website.
Is registration required before attending?
Yes. Registration is required, and full payment must be submitted prior to attending the retreat.
Can I register on site?
No. On site registration will not be available. All registrations must be completed by October 31, 2026.
When are check in and check out?
Check in's are Thursday all day and Friday morning. Checkout is Sunday before church service.
Will transportation be provided, and what are the rules?
Buses will operate during designated time slots. If you miss a scheduled bus, you will need to wait for the next available bus. If you miss the final bus of the day, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation.

Recommended Sunday flight departure is after 3pm. Buses will leave the center at 1pm. Expect a 2 hour travel time to the airport.

Is parking available, and what should I know about rentals?
Parking is available on site. Please note that the on site speed limit is 10mph at all times. Parking is not permitted in front of the auditorium.

What is Pre-Fawohodie?
Pre-Fawohodie is an opportunity to arrive early and intentionally retreat before the conference begins. It is an extension of Alone With God but instead of a few hours, you are given 3 days on site to retreat individually, seek God deeply, and fellowship with Him in a quiet, focused environment.
Is there an additional cost for Pre-Fawohodie?
Yes. There is an additional cost of $150 for the 3 days, which is separate from and in addition to the retreat registration fee.
Will transportation be provided for Pre-Fawohodie?
Yes. All participants should arrive Monday before 2pm. Participants arriving after 2pm are responsible for their own transportation to the retreat center.
Need the Pre-Fawohodie section?
What is the weather and what should I pack for Fawohodie?
The weather can be chilly especially at night. In addition to our packing list we recommend you packing warm clothing and layers.
Will meals be provided during the retreat?
Yes. Dinner will be provided for adults. Children will be served breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Will there be fasting and what should participants expect?
Fasting will be taking place on Friday and Saturday until 6pm after which we will break the fast with dinner. Children and Adults 60+ will not be required to fast. If you have medical needs, please fast according to your personal health limitations.
Are we allowed to bring our own food?
No, the center does not permit outside food since the center provides us with catered meals.
What can I expect during the retreat?
Fawohodie is a spiritually immersive experience designed to encourage prayer, Bible study, worship, praise, reflection and renewal.
What types of sessions and activities will take place?
Participants can expect Bible studies, Alone With God sessions, prayers, a half night service, praise & worship, "Give the Lord a Dance", and many more.
