Important Transportation Notice
Please note that buses will depart strictly at the scheduled times listed. There will be no waiting or delays for late arrivals. If you miss a bus please patiently wait for the next one.
All attendees must arrive at IAH and HOBBY within these time windows in order to use the provided transportation. If you arrive outside of these scheduled departure times, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation.
The below information is for Thursday pickup only. Friday pickup will only be at 12pm.
Recommend Sunday flight departure is after 3pm.

What is Pre-Fawohodie?
Pre-Fawohodie is a time of personal retreat, where members are invited to arrive a few days early to seek the face of the Lord on an individual, one-on-one level. This period allows for quiet reflection, prayer, and spiritual renewal, as well as the opportunity to have personal conversations with ministers on the ground. Pre-Fawohodie is intentionally set aside for focused preparation of the heart before the main retreat.
Pre-Fawohodie concludes on the Wednesday before the official retreat begins.
Pre-Fawohodie is an additional $150 cost per person.
All persons participating should arrive Monday before 2pm. Participants arriving after 2pm are responsible for their own transportation to the retreat center.
